Hand-turned in small batches on our wood lathe, Donovan Fiaretti has crafted beautifully minimalist trees in varying heights, sizes and styles to create your very own winter wonderland forest on your mantle, table design, or bookshelf. These trees make the perfect heirloom Christmas decor that will last for generations. They are each carved from a variety of hardwoods like maple, walnut, angelique, bubinga, and cherry. Specific woods to this batch can be noted in the photos. We recommend pairing in groupings of 3 or more to really show off the individuality of each tree.
These are made in small batches and we will do restocks regularly as we sell out. If you like a specific tree shown, we highly suggest buying it while it's available because no two trees will be identical due to their handmade nature.

Mini trees vary from 2.5 inches to 6.5 inches tall.
Full size vary from 6.75 to 12 inches tall.
Pricing is correlated to the amount of material used and size.

I was excited to again purchase more trees from Make It Slow. I was looking for a bit taller and darker trees. I chose a couple and when they arrived they were presented so beautifully in their packaging. The trees were skillfully crafted as the others had been. Just beautiful! I bought my third snowman a few weeks ago and it was as adorable and well made as the other two were. They are each unique in size and the wood it was made of. I gave the recent one to a friend who has admired them but never treated herself and she was so happy. I also have a collection of the mini trees that Donovan makes which make me smile every time I see them and my snowman grouped together on the windowsill in my kitchen. You can’t usually go to a brick and mortar store and find quality and uniqueness like this.
