flower farm, garden market
& floral design studio
We are a single acre family-oriented suburban homestead focused on sustainably growing fresh cut flowers for floral design & woodworking for the home.
With a focus on infusing nature into our homes & intimate gatherings, we hope to inspire families in our community find their roots and purpose through a slower paced life.
What does "Make It Slow" mean?
Our hope is that our home-focused brand fosters an experience where our customers can slow down and embrace what means the most. We want to inspire you to pause the rat race of life, and spend time with God’s greatest creations - nature, family, and friends.
Our artisan made goods showcase a way of life that is uncommon today; a focus on authenticity in a prominently synthetic world. Our goods are made by hand, to last, and intentionally for our community. Everything we do, whether crafting or homesteading, is in small-batches with a great love for nature and family. Our desire is to help reconnect our customers with ancestral food, healthy living, family, and nature. We aim to create a space where you can slow down, learn about, and savor those things, too.

ABOUT THE FIARETTI'S
Donovan and Victoria are the primary hands of our little homestead operation here in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. We have two boys - Liam (3 years old) and Emmett (1 year old).
Donovan is a father, carpenter and wood-turner. He makes every wood item you see in our shop. He is motivated by building a legacy for his children and spending his days focused on family.
Victoria is a mama, homemaker, florist-farmer and artist. She is passionate about passing on family recipes, spending time in the dirt, arranging flowers, teaching her children the beauty of nature and encouraging a slower way of life.
Liam is the best chicken wrangler we know. He collects our fresh eggs every day and makes sure the chickens have nutritious left overs to snack on. He calls every flower a dahlia.
Emmett helps us appreciate the time we've carved for family, slow mornings, and snuggles. He loves rides on his big brother's John Deere gator and keeps us on our toes with his 'second child' energy.
