For Make It Slow creations: You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind piece and therefore, subtle variation in size and color is to be expected from order to order. Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen. Please read the specific dimensions listed for each piece because some pieces are smaller than others. With that being said, these pieces are made to last and loved for many years to come.
For any item sold: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will gladly issue a refund, in the form of store credit, upon the return of your item(s). Customers are responsible for insuring returns are shipped back — including the shipping costs of the return. Once the item is received, we can issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs. We can not issue a refund or store credit until an item is physically back to us and our team has inspected it to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged. We are not responsible for lost packages, or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers. To initiate a return for store credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All ready-to-ship orders are mailed within 2-5 business days via USPS and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Each made-to-order piece will ship out within the timeline specified on the individual product page. We hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If your order happens to arrive damaged, please contact us within 2 business days with a photo of the package and we will work with you to fix the issue.
Care of Hand-turned Goods
All functional pieces are food-safe unless otherwise noted. Though hand-washing and re-oiling is always recommended to protect the longevity of a piece.
